         Hello and Welcome to La Monte High School!

Greetings!

My name is Todd Misenhelter, and I am excited to be a part of the La Monte School District as the Junior High and High School Principal. I am looking forward to the school year and the opportunity to get to know you all as we work together to provide the best education and opportunities for our students. I have been working as an educator since 2013. I received my undergraduate from MidAmerica Nazarene University and my Master's degree in Secondary Education Administration from William Woods. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership at the University of Missouri. My goal is to provide the best support that our students and staff can receive, and am looking forward to a good year.

Here at La Monte, we work to empower students to perform at their highest levels in all areas. We provide high-quality education programs that challenge students and exemplify their many strengths. Through our partnerships with local colleges and businesses, we are continually preparing students for their post-secondary education and the dynamic workforce as we work directly with the community we serve to develop our young people into effective and efficient members of society. 

The highly qualified staff at La Monte works tirelessly to ensure that the needs of every student are fulfilled and strives for excellence every day. By focusing on the needs of our students and adapting to ever-changing educational environments we can provide an educational experience that is second to none.
